Bet-R-Byte Web Design and Hosting has evolved since 1990 from a software development company into a major developer of web sites and domain hosting company. Originally Bet-R-Byte Software Company was located in Fresno, CA, then relocated to Chico, CA in 1993. That same year the company dropped support for MacIntosh and Apple computers and shifted to UNIX/Linux.

Bet-R-Byte offered a line of computerized software for the small to medium size print shop or printing company: from equipment analysis to printing estimating. The company also offered a line of various system analysis and software utilities for DOS. With the advent of Windows for Workgroups in 1993, Bet-R-Byte ceased to produce any further software for DOS.

By July 1, 2004, the company formally was called Bet-R-Byte Web Design and Hosting. (For employment opportunity information with our company, click here).

In October of 2005, Bet-R-Byte relocated headquarters to the mid-west in the community of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
